Web Platform login

Logging in

You log in to the service with a personal username and password. If you do not yet have an account, you can register for the service. Your registration request is approved by the service administrator.

If you have lost your username or password, you can renew them through the login page.

Registering as a user of the service

You can register as a user by filling out the registration form on the Web Platform.

To create a personal user account:

  1. Click on the “Create account” link on the right side of the “Username” field.
  2. Fill in the form that opens with at least the required information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • E-mail
    • Password
    • Confirm password
    • Any other mandatory fields (marked on the form)
  3. When you have filled in all the fields, click on “Create”.
  4. Your account has now been created and you have been sent an email to verify your account.
    Check your email and click on the “Verify email address” button in the email.
  5. Once your email address is verified, you’ll see a notification:
    “Your email address has been successfully verified. We’ll send you an email once the administrator has activated your account.”
  6. Once the administrator has activated your account, you will receive a confirmation email message:
    “Your account is now active and ready to use. Click the button below to go to the login page.”
  7. Go to the login page and log in with the username and password you created.

A notification of registration is automatically sent to the service administrator, who activates your account after approval.

Forgotten password or username

If you can’t remember your password and can’t log in to the service, follow these steps:

  1. Try to log in normally on the login page.
  2. If you fail to sign in, you’ll see an error message:
    “Login failed: Invalid name or password. Reset Password.”
  3. Click the “Reset Password” link that appears in the error message.
  4. Enter your email address or username in the form that opens.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
  6. Create a new password via the link and return to the login page.
  7. Log in with your new password.

Email address changed or username doesn’t work?

If you can’t order a new password or you can’t log in, it may be because your email address has changed or your username is no longer valid.

Note! This information can only be changed by the service administrator.

To resolve the situation:

  • Contact the administrator and report your situation.
  • The administrator can update your email address or check your username.
  • Once the information has been updated, you can order a new password via the “Change password” link on the login page.
