Here, you can add and connect one or more WordPress installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each WordPress installation, you need to configure the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><thead><tr><th>Field<\/th><th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Instance Name<\/strong><\/td><td>A name for the WordPress installation. This will be displayed in Collection Pro when selecting the export target.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>URL<\/strong><\/td><td>The URL of the WordPress installation.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Authentication Type<\/strong><\/td><td>Choose between <strong>&#8220;HTTP Authentication&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;OAuth 1.0&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Login<\/strong><\/td><td>WordPress login (only for <strong>HTTP Authentication<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Password<\/strong><\/td><td>WordPress password (only for <strong>HTTP Authentication<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Client Key<\/strong><\/td><td>Client Key for WordPress (only for <strong>OAuth 1.0<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Client Secret<\/strong><\/td><td>Client Secret for WordPress (only for <strong>OAuth 1.0<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Token<\/strong><\/td><td>Token for WordPress (only for <strong>OAuth 1.0<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Token Secret<\/strong><\/td><td>Token Secret for WordPress (only for <strong>OAuth 1.0<\/strong>).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the plugin is&nbsp;<strong>disabled for all users except the root user<\/strong>.<br>To grant access to specific users or groups, you must assign them the system right&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAllow WordPress Export.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be done in the\u00a0<strong>User\/Group Editor<\/strong>\u00a0under the tab:<br><strong>System Rights<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192\u00a0<strong>Plugins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After successful installation and configuration,&nbsp;<strong>authorized users<\/strong>&nbsp;can create a&nbsp;<strong>WordPress transport<\/strong>&nbsp;via the&nbsp;<strong>exporter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer selected images to WordPress:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Select<\/strong>\u00a0the desired records in the search view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right-click<\/strong>\u00a0on a record and choose\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Export&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define which\u00a0<strong>image versions<\/strong>\u00a0should be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>truck icon<\/strong>\u00a0in the lower-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the transport dialog:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a new transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the\u00a0<strong>type<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>&#8220;WordPress&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Options&#8221;<\/strong>, choose your desired WordPress installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Apply&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0and then\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Export&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0to send the files to WordPress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once exported, you can access and use the images directly from the&nbsp;<strong>media gallery<\/strong>&nbsp;in your WordPress site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Currently,\u00a0<strong>only images<\/strong>\u00a0are supported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deleting files<\/strong> from WordPress via this plugin is <strong>not supported<\/strong> at this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This plugin allows images to be transferred from Collection Pro to a WordPress CMS.
