CollectionPro supports keyboard shortcuts that make navigation easier and faster. Keyboard shortcuts are available to all users who have permission to perform that action.
Function keys
- Windows: Ctrl, Alt
- macOS: Control, Option, Command
Keyboard shortcuts and functions

| Function key + D | Open the download menu for the selected records |

Attention
- The user account must have permissions to perform the action in question (e.g. export, download, create).
- Keyboard shortcuts work on both Windows and macOS platforms, but the action key you use varies (see above).
